📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations through the Releaf platform while ensuring high standards of care and privacy • Prescribe medication directly when applicable, within the scope of professional licensing • Manage and respond to patient inquiries regarding treatment plans and product use • Use technology to maintain patient records and manage prescriptions • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve service delivery and patient outcomes • Stay updated on medical cannabis research and applications to provide informed care • Interact directly with patients through consultations and care using the patient management platform

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Non-medical Prescriber (NMP/ISP) with expertise in mental health • Registered Mental Health Nurse or appropriately qualified Allied Health Professional in the UK • Experience with digital health platforms • Proficient typing skills • Ability to prescribe medications directly and independently • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Commitment to continual learning and professional development in medical cannabis • Availability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
