đź“‹ Description

• Lead inbound calls, outbound calls, or resolution cases for the assigned patient cohort. • Resolve patient queries professionally and escalate complex queries or complaints to the Team Lead. • Engage proactively with patients to support continuity of care and maintain patient satisfaction. • Respond consistently across calls, emails, and live chat. • Provide administrative assistance to doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff between the clinic and pharmacy. • Assist with subscription queries and prescription payments. • Schedule and confirm appointments while coordinating with healthcare professionals. • Manage the end-to-end complaints process for the Resolutions cohort, including acknowledgement, investigation, resolution, and recordkeeping. • Record patient interactions accurately in scheduling systems. • Follow standardised workflows, operating procedures, compliance processes, and governance requirements. • Meet cohort call, engagement, or case-handling targets. • Identify common patient issues and provide feedback to the Team Lead. • Participate in training sessions and regular audits.

• Experience in a busy, patient-focused contact centre environment • Extremely high empathy • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment • Ability to take ownership of the role • Compliance with UK healthcare regulations, including CQC standards, GDPR, and ICO requirements where relevant • Adherence to confidentiality, safeguarding, patient safety, audit, quality assurance, and governance processes • Willingness to participate in an informal remote meeting and written test during the application process
