📋 Description

• Design user-focused dashboard experiences • Run structured testing to improve patient activation and engagement • Collaborate with the Head of Growth to enhance dashboard experience • Design intuitive dashboard UI for patient engagement • Produce wireframes and visual assets using Figma • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing • Analyze user behavior using tools like PostHog and GA4 • Produce regular reports on test results and retention metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Background in product or UX design • Experience with A/B testing • User experience research skills • Strong eye for design impacting retention outcomes • Experience in a fast-paced digital health or fintech environment • Ability to translate behavioral data into design decisions • Comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
