📋 Description

• Own one or more Law Enforcement product feature(s) and lead project execution. • Support GTM strategy by communicating customer value propositions, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders. • Proficient in answering questions from sales and customers regarding feature function, pricing, packaging, value proposition and competitive position. • Advance prototypes or MVPs based on a deep understanding of their feature area. • Proficient in the company's SDLC processes, including agile and lean methodologies. • Capture customer goals and needs using different frameworks and techniques and prioritize those needs for the organization. • Can interpret events in the market to actional intelligence for features and enhancements. • Draw on knowledge of the company technology stack at a high level for the broader product area. • Use or extend the company's platforms and underlying technologies to create new product features. • Speak knowledgeably with tech and data counterparts about development approaches in consideration. • Solve problems and analyze issues by collecting facts from multiple sources. • Continually develop depth and breadth in key competencies and actively seek feedback from others to improve performance. • Encourage cooperation between all members of the team and promote further collaboration across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Years of Product Management Experience: 4-6 years • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative. • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile Scrum, Kanban and writing user stories. • Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records is a plus. • Familiarity with our Law Enforcement products (Accurint and Accurint TraX) is a plus. • Education to Qualify: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential. • US Citizenship is a requirement for this particular role. • Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of this role. • The successful candidate will be required to pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (“CJIS”) security policy.
