📋 Description

• Build solutions for finance, billing, and other financial services at Remote • Own the end-to-end product experience across human-powered services and software • Lead complex solutions autonomously • Manage expectations for complex projects, products, and features • Build the roadmap and strategy for the Finance product area • Break strategic plans into near- and mid-term goals • Align the product roadmap with department and company priorities • Serve as subject matter expert for the product area • Contribute to scaling and growth plans • Ship improvements quickly and iteratively • Support the product team in delivering high throughput and return on investment • Align team metrics and work with key business KPIs • Collaborate with engineers, designers, stakeholders, business operations, and sales • Share techniques, processes, and learnings with the Product organization • Communicate the team’s work and customer impact internally and externally • Work asynchronously and transparently • Contribute to tactical and strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or a similar area, ideally at a high-growth company • Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or a similar AI coding tool • Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes using AI tooling • Strong strategic and tactical product judgment • Demonstrable self-driven product results • Passion for creating seamless, effective products addressing complex challenges • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments • Proficient in English, written and spoken • Experience working in a remote environment is a bonus
