📋 Description

• Elevate IT support and system management to world-class standards. • Solve complex technical issues and strategize on IT infrastructure. • Enhance SaaS environment and macOS fleet management. • Lead by example in system administration for SaaS platforms. • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning. • Assist with rollout and governance of AI tools. • Drive initiatives that ensure robust, scalable, and secure IT solutions. • Act as a key decision-maker in IT tools and practices selection.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT operations role, with a track record of improving IT infrastructure and end-user support. • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar), including seat management, access control, and usage review. • Expert knowledge of macOS environments, SaaS platform administration, and security compliance. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team through complex projects and challenges. • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of strategic thinking and innovation. • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Experience in remote work environments is highly valued.
