• Utilize software to assist in running the Company's Accounting Information System, payroll and payment platforms. • Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the accounting department, managing financial transactions, and preparing financial reports. • Ensure that financial records are maintained accurately and in compliance with accounting principles and standards. • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. • Review and reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card transactions. • Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management. • Manage and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures. • Support in accounting/ finance process improvement initiatives. • Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Inventory accounting experience is a must. • A CPA Firm experience is a plus. • Certified Public Accountant • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including 2 years in a supervisory role. • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles. • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
