• We are seeking an Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and managing relationships with influencers and UGC creators. • Identify and recruit influencers and UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics. • Guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that effectively showcases our products and benefits. • Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify. • Collaborate with the social media management team to monitor and reply to Instagram comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty. • Ensure timely execution of collaborations by maintaining clear communication with influencers. • Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration. • Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions. • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners. • Passion for skincare, beauty, and keeping up with digital trends. • Candidates must have experience in influencer/UGC outreach and Shopify partnerships.
