📋 Description

• Create and maintain high-quality technical training content including presentations, tutorials, labs, and hands-on exercises • Deliver training sessions on the University Embedded Systems curriculum and embedded software development, virtually or in-person, to professors and students • Provide introductory cross-training on embedded systems and the Renesas QuickConnect Studio as part of the Altium Education team • Act as a technical advisor and mentor to engineering faculty and students needing guidance on Altium design tools, Altium 365 platform, and basic embedded systems skills • Host workshops and online forum to support students with projects, design reviews, and use of tools and platforms • Collaborate with product and application engineering teams to stay aligned with the latest Altium tools and platforms • Provide technical feedback to development teams based on customer and trainee interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Level 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PCB design and development • Prior experience working with electronic design software, preference for Altium • Strong understanding of PCB design principles and methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Passion for education and mentoring; ability to adjust teaching style by university level • Self-motivated, well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Experience with Altium design tools, Altium 365 platform, and Renesas QuickConnect Studio (preferred/desired) • Experience creating technical training materials or online learning content (preferred) • Experience in teaching or mentoring university-level faculty and/or students (preferred) • Interest in teaching the embedded design ecosystem from product design to PCB layout (preferred)
