📋 Description

• Serve as a key point of contact for post-sale inquiries and technical concerns • Draft articles for publication on the Helpdesk to assist customers with frequently asked questions • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for improvements • Work alongside sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and share customer insights • Ensure customers derive maximum value from the product and guide them on their journey to success • Help build a world-class customer success operation from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a customer success role, ideally at a SaaS company • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Proven ability to manage customer expectations and turn potential issues into wins • Ability to work autonomously and make key decisions on the fly • Experience building out articles for a knowledge base or Helpdesk • Must be willing to work from 9AM - 5PM PT M-F • Understanding of the equipment rental industry is a plus • Understanding of QuickBooks Online is a plus
