• Oversee the development, deployment, and scaling of Repisodic’s cloud-based, EHR-integrated SaaS platform. • Ensure platform performance, uptime, data security, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.). • Identify and implement emerging technologies that deliver competitive advantage and user value. • Ensure secure and scalable integrations with major EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), insurance platforms, and other third-party APIs. • Balance rapid development with sound technical decision-making and sustainable architecture. • Hire, manage, and grow a world-class team of engineers, DevOps professionals, and technical leaders. • Foster a high-performance engineering culture grounded in innovation, ownership, agility, and continuous learning. • Implement agile development best practices and robust QA, CI/CD, and monitoring systems. • Ensure that continuous improvement and technical debt reduction does not get forgotten. • Lead release management process, including branch management, QA, documentation, and deployments. • Define and manage technology KPIs, budgets, and vendor relationships. • Collect feedback from internal teams, customers, and stakeholders and use it to generate actionable technical tickets.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior technology leadership role. • Proven ability to scale and manage high-growth engineering organizations, ideally within B2B SaaS or digital health. • Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks (e.g., React, Java, MySQL, AWS). • Deep understanding of EHRs (Epic, Cerner, MediTech) and EHR integrations, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), and HIPAA-compliant architectures. • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and performance tracking as well as working closely with product leaders to drive roadmap execution and innovation. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage company. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or graduate degree a plus).
