📋 Description

• Own influencer and UGC operations end-to-end • Build and manage our creator pipeline • Set up the testing loop • Scale what works • Work directly with product and the CEO on creative ideas • Bring product instincts into growth • Stay close to the numbers • Manage external partners when it makes sense

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years running influencer marketing, UGC, creator growth, or paid social where you owned measurable outcomes, not just relationships • Deep fluency in how micro-influencer and UGC ecosystems actually work • Strong analytical chops • You've shipped tests fast • Strong product instincts • You use AI tools in your work already • Fluent English
