📋 Description

• Lead the reconciliation of loss fund payments for the transportation line of business, ensuring alignment between claims data, financial records, and bank statements. • Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies with internal teams, claimants, and customers. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and automation within Financial Operations. • Document, validate, and enhance procedures related to large carrier accounts and high-severity or high-frequency funds. • Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial controls, reporting consistency, and overall operational performance. • Support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Finance team. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. • At least 3+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or analytical role, preferably with a TPA or an insurance company. • Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel or similar platforms; experience with visualization tools is a plus. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex insights clearly. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, with the ability to write queries, preferred but not required. • Familiarity with claims management processes preferred but not required.
