📋 Description

• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents • Communicate with other departments to service customers • Take customer service calls to pursue first-call resolution • Enter data into various database applications • Respond to customer emails and phone calls • Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer-centric environment • Safeguard confidential customer information • Provide peer training and job-shadowing support as assigned • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong verbal and written communication • Detail orientation, sharp memory, and accuracy skills • Call center experience or customer service and chat experience is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel • Proficiency with Outlook and MS support programs • Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and internal employees at all levels • Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills • Ability to work through difficult tasks professionally • Interest in sustainability and passion for making a meaningful environmental impact • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check • Pre-employment drug screen may be required if applicable to the position
