📋 Description

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements to meet project timelines, scope, and client satisfaction • Develop and deliver client proposals, including resource planning, effort estimation, and pricing • Provide clear, high-quality client communications through executive presentations and updates • Apply change leadership, Lean process mapping, and operational improvement techniques to achieve client outcomes • Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure delivery excellence using ReSource Pro’s consulting methodology • Independently manage multiple client portfolios and nurture long-term client relationships to drive growth and retention • Lead internal or client-focused process improvement initiatives and contribute to thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and industry events • Coach, mentor, and guide junior team members to support their growth and success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (Insurance focus preferred) • 10+ years of U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience • 5+ years in consulting, from discovery through execution (Big 4 experience preferred) • 5+ years of Lean process improvement or operations management experience • 3+ years of business process outsourcing (BPO) and operations management experience • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience (required) • PMP certification or 3+ years of program management experience (required) • Additional certifications such as CISR, ARM, CIC, Agile Certified, or Certified Insurance Operations Professional are a plus
