• 8+ years in Professional Services, Solution Architecture, or Pre-Sales roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment. • 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams of architects, consultants, or solution engineers. • Demonstrated experience bridging Sales, Product, and Delivery to design scalable solutions that drive business outcomes. • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into solution frameworks and project plans. • Deep experience with implementation estimation, delivery modeling, and solution standardization. • Executive-level communication skills with a track record of cross-functional influence and strategic collaboration. • Experience developing tools, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve solutioning speed and quality. • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, especially with both SMB and Enterprise customer segments. • Familiarity with PSA, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and scoping/estimation tools.
• This position has a salary range of $144,720-$217,080. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
