• 6–8+ years leading large-scale corporate events, conferences, or trade shows; B2B or SaaS preferred. • Demonstrated success executing multi-day, high-visibility events with executive exposure. • Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation capabilities, including experience managing programs from $50K to $500K+. • Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. • High judgment, calm under pressure, and highly organized. • Proficiency with event platforms, project management tools, and CRM/marketing systems (Salesforce/Marketo a plus).
