📋 Description

• Manage clients’ advertising accounts on Meta and TikTok • Serve as the point of contact for all Paid Social-related questions • Contribute to developing performance-driven strategies and defining relevant KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPC • Identify untapped growth opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings to other departments or client teams • Develop workflows for the continuous production and testing of new creatives and marketing approaches with clients • Pursue ongoing professional development and research and test new channels, formats, and approaches • Progress toward a team leadership role in Paid Media over the medium term

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in media buying on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms • Holistic understanding of online marketing from A to Z, including Paid Social, Paid Search, and other channels • Experience managing advertising accounts with at least €50,000 in monthly ad spend • Experience with tracking and data analysis, GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, or alternative platforms • Experience working with data feeds and product catalogs • Excellent English language skills
