📋 Description

• Build trust-based relationships with clients to influence decision-making. • Guide clients to clarify their goals, objectives, and challenges. • Facilitate workshops, team discussions, and activities to help teams identify and solve key problems. • Use data and information to build client-centric frameworks that drive measurable outcomes. • Collaborate with all levels of the client organization—from the front line to senior leaders—to advance projects. • Proactively identify and address barriers to success, maintaining a positive and productive environment. • Engage directly with front-line leadership on specific focus areas, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. • Expand your own technical, facilitation, and project management skills through intensive practice and hands-on coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in coaching, consulting, or project management. • Proven experience in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, manufacturing, or related fields. • Familiarity with specialized areas such as reliability, maintenance, or capital projects. • A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is an asset). • Mobility to do weekly commutes or rotations. • Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
