📋 Description

• Define and execute project financing strategy, aligned with the company’s mission and project pipeline • Review and refine financing models and capital planning frameworks to support growth • Identify and structure financing deals across the project lifecycle • Help develop investable project structures and capital allocation designs • Build and cultivate relationships with investors and financial institutions • Work with internal teams to develop compelling investment narratives and materials

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in project finance, climate finance, structured finance, or investment advisory • Experience supporting or closing complex capital deals linked to climate, energy, nature-based solutions, or frontier markets • Understand how institutional and private capital behaves, with fluency in capital markets and climate finance • Ability to navigate blended finance, catalytic capital, and impact-linked instruments • Can craft a long-term financing vision and execute on it • Proactive contributor to deal structuring and closure • Comfortable working across teams to establish financing playbooks
