📋 Description

• Responsible for Information Management and Document Control • Organize files, downloads, uploads, and meeting minutes • Responsible for Tracking and Closure of RFIs and Submittals • Responsible for coordination and submittal of Record Drawings • Acquire knowledge of PV system layouts and components such as modules, racking, inverters, and Balance of Systems (BOS) • Acquire knowledge of project management principles in an engineering consulting environment • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes • Work under the direction of more senior Project Management staff • Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines • Perform additional duties as assigned or directed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or similar • Prior experience in a renewable energy construction or engineering environment is preferred • Prior experience as a project engineer is desirable • Ability to identify and solve complex problems • Verbal and written communication skills • Ability to be both creative and analytical • Detail-oriented and accurate • Efficient time management – handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines
