• You identify potential customers (B2B) and proactively reach out to them by phone or via digital channels • You conduct structured initial conversations and qualify leads based on clear criteria • You work with prepared call scripts and playbooks — and contribute your own ideas • You reliably document your results in the CRM system • You work closely with our project managers and provide valuable feedback from the market • You continuously develop through coaching, feedback and best practices from the community
• Some experience in sales or telephone outreach is an advantage but not required • You are communicative, curious and comfortable proactively approaching people • You work reliably, independently and in a structured manner • You have your own laptop with a stable internet connection • You speak fluent German — English skills are a plus • You are eager to develop within a sales community and grow together
