📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end flow of briefs from Strategy to execution • Ensure briefs are clear, actionable, and ready to go • Track all projects, deadlines, and dependencies • Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and blockers • Proactively follow up to keep work moving • Allocate work across designers and freelancers • Balance workload based on priority and bandwidth • Anticipate bottlenecks and adjust resourcing early • Own freelancers post-contract, end-to-end • Onboard, assign work, and manage delivery timelines • Identify and remove inefficiencies and blockers • Ensure tools support efficient execution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management / operations mindset • Experience managing multiple creative projects in parallel • Comfortable working with freelancers and distributed teams • High ownership and proactive problem-solving • Detail-oriented but execution-driven • Clear communicator across teams • Ability to prioritise and make trade-offs in fast-paced environments • Experience in paid media / performance-driven environments
