📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and self-healing systems that support our global bare-metal server platform • Ensure visibility and observability (monitoring, logging, metrics) for critical services; • Define and operate high-availability, disaster recovery, and scalability practices; • Automate operational processes using Infrastructure as Code, automation tools, and runbooks; • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and propose continuous improvements; • Work closely with infrastructure, networking, product, and engineering teams to align operational requirements with product strategy; • Contribute to a reliability culture by sharing knowledge and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, focusing on distributed systems, high availability, and scalability; • Deep knowledge of observability tools (monitoring, alerting, tracing); • Experience with automation: IaC (Terraform, Ansible, or similar), scripting, and CI/CD pipelines; • Experience with containerization, orchestration, and/or virtualization systems (optional, depending on internal setup); • Strong understanding of networking, racks, and dedicated/bare-metal servers; • Experience in incident analysis, defining SLIs/SLOs, and SRE culture; • Good communication skills (documentation, runbooks, incident presentations); • Fluent English (to work with distributed teams and read technical documentation).
