📋 Description

• Configure, monitor, and maintain integrations for both new and existing customers. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as needed. • Monitor and optimize data ingestion processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency. • Implement strict quality control measures for all incoming data. • Develop and maintain internal documentation on data integrations and customer projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in system and data integration projects, ideally in functional analysis and technical project documentation, application installation and technical configuration & advanced technical support. • Proficiency in at least three of the following: Web services and APIs (SOAP and REST).JSON, XML, and XSLT-based data transformation or SQL (scripting and data modeling). • Experience with logging software and troubleshooting complex technical issues. • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and consistency. • Intuitive problem-solving abilities and the ability to identify patterns.
