• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 10+ years of Marketing Operations experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Proven success in collaborating with Revenue Operations teams to design and implement data-driven strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen GTM performance. • Strong technical foundation in data management, integration, and visualization. • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, and analytics (SQL, Python, R, Java preferred). • Expertise with BI platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Looker. • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Zoom, and other SaaS ecosystem tools (e.g., Drift, Integrate). • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, and able to navigate ambiguity, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes. • Experience working cross-functionally with distributed teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
