📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with gambling regulations, license conditions, and certification requirements across all tier-1 markets. • Support license applications, renewals, audits, and other regulatory submissions for assigned jurisdictions. • Monitor regulatory developments, assess compliance risks, and implement required changes to maintain full conformity. • Conduct compliance gap analyses and advise internal teams on corrective actions and implementation of regulatory requirements. • Oversee adherence to AML, KYC, KYB, and fraud prevention obligations in line with jurisdictional standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance considerations into product design, technology, and business operations. • Serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 2 yrs + experience in regulatory compliance within the iGaming industry , ideally across multiple tier-1 markets. • Strong knowledge of European and international gambling legislation and regulatory frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-jurisdictional compliance programs and communicate effectively with regulators. • Deep understanding of AML, KYC, responsible gambling, and player protection requirements. • Excellent command of English (additional Tier-1 market languages knowledge is an advantage). • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
