• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for player activity, marketing performance, and revenue analysis • Develop and optimize data models and DAX measures for efficient reporting • Ensure dashboards are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with stakeholder needs • Analyze player lifecycle data, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn patterns • Evaluate the performance of bonuses, promotions, and campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization • Translate data findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-technical teams • Work closely with data team to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources • Validate data pipelines feeding Power BI and troubleshoot discrepancies • Present analytical insights to management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
• 2 years + of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the iGaming, online entertainment, or e-commerce industries • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M) • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and passion for turning data into business value • Full business proficiency in English
