📋 Description

• Support global sales and service organizations using cutting-edge compensation tools. • Engage in quarterly calculations, quota setting and reporting. • Generate and validate commission payroll reports from our Compensation Incentive Calculation system. • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot compensation incentive reporting systems. • Train sales teams on ICP plans and system usage. • Analyze and optimize sales compensation plans using ICP system data. • Manage SPIFF and GROW programs, expanding your impact on sales motivation and performance. • Participate in adjacent projects, broadening your expertise and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Sales Compensation or related experience. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • English language skills at minimum C1 level, both written and verbal. • Teamplayer mindset. • Professional and mature attitude. • Nice-to-have’s: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. • Experience with ICP Software Technology platforms (for example Anaplan). • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Diver, Salesforce.com, and MS Access. • Proven track record of interacting effectively with all levels of sales organizations. • Experience in yearly compensation plan updates and implementations.
