📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to deeply understand business challenges and map Rewind’s solutions. • Translate complex requirements into tailored technical proposals and solution architectures. • Address objections and provide clear guidance on integrations, security, and scalability. • Deliver compelling, customized product demos that showcase Rewind’s platform value. • Own and manage proof of concepts (PoCs) end-to-end, guiding prospects through evaluation and ensuring technical success. • Provide technical expertise to accelerate deal cycles and remove friction. • Partner closely with Account Executives to design winning deal strategies. • Enable and mentor teammates on technical aspects of Rewind’s platform. • Share field insights with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to help refine product direction. • Act as a subject matter expert in backup, recovery, and SaaS data protection. • Build lasting trust with technical stakeholders, serving as the bridge between their needs and Rewind’s capabilities. • Advocate for customer interests internally while balancing business objectives. • Attend industry events, conferences and participate in customer/partner onsites. 🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical sales role. • Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and explain them clearly. • Experience with SaaS applications and APIs; familiarity with Atlassian, GitHub, Shopify, or Monday.com is a strong advantage. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and common SaaS architectures. • Understanding of data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. • Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to translate technical details into compelling business outcomes. • A proactive, curious mindset with a track record of innovation and problem solving. • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
