📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives to consistently exceed quota and pipeline targets. • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, learning, and collaboration. • Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance check-ins to guide career growth and improve outcomes. • Own the commercial sales forecast and ensure accurate pipeline management through consistent CRM hygiene and deal qualification. • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to optimize lead routing, conversion, and velocity. • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Refine our sales playbook and improve sales enablement materials for commercial motion. • Experiment with outbound and inbound strategies to increase conversion and deal size. • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure feedback loops that inform roadmap and retention efforts. • Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns and messaging to customer pain points. • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and drive expansion opportunities. • Represent the voice of the commercial customer internally, influencing strategy and product priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years leading or managing AEs. • Previous experience in sales roles with consistent quota achievement. • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment. • Deep understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.). • Strong coaching instincts and ability to lead by example. • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and communication skills. • Experience working with Salesforce.
