📋 Description

• Manage existing customer accounts effectively • Develop new business to meet branch targets • Provide excellent customer service by phone, face to face in branch, and via email • Drive customer loyalty • Manage a live portfolio of current customers • Proactively target and develop new customers into profitable accounts • Serve as the first point of contact for key account clients • Understand individual client requirements and build rapport • Grow the client portfolio • Support the wider branch team by serving on the Trade Counter • Pick and pack products in the warehouse to ensure customer orders are completed on time
