📋 Description

• Place orders for stock and non-stock products based on agreed parameters • Meet customer and branch expectations • Optimize inventory levels to maximize customer service while minimizing stock holding costs • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery • Work with inventory and category teams to proactively manage supply-related issues • Update and maintain systems for branch deals and pricing • Support the Team Leader with reviews and recommended operational-efficiency improvements • Monitor trends and changes in procurement • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, colleagues and branch teams • Support ad hoc procurement team projects • Develop product and commercial knowledge for assigned product ranges and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word • Excellent customer service skills and awareness • Good communication, presentation and organizational skills • Ability to analyse detailed data • Collaboration and partnership-building skills • Accountability and ability to overcome obstacles and meet commitments • Customer focus and ability to deliver customer-centric solutions
