By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we streamline care delivery, allowing our physicians to focus on patient well-being, and we continuously expand our specialty services to provide the most comprehensive and convenient healthcare possible. • We are seeking a skilled **Senior Data Analyst** to play a critical role in driving data-driven service delivery and operational excellence through advanced analytics, data modeling and performance insights. In this role, you’ll analyze complex, multimodal healthcare data, and collaborate with clinical, operations and technical teams to design and implement solutions that enhance care delivery and inform strategic decisions across the organization. • **Key Responsibilities:** • Data Analysis and Insight Generation • - Design and execute advanced analyses based upon heterogeneous healthcare data sources (e.g., EHR, claims, eligibility, clinical, and operational). • - Identify performance trends and opportunities, derive actionable insights and develop predictive models to inform strategic, operational and clinical decisions, and assess performance outcomes. • - Explore and apply machine learning and AI techniques, including large language models (LLMs), to enhance insights and unlock value from unstructured data. • - Lead requirements gathering and documentation for analytic projects, ensuring clarity of scope and deliverables. • Reporting, Dashboards & Visualization • - Build, automate and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and uncover impactful insights. • - Ensure accuracy, clarity, and interpretability of analytics outputs for both technical and non-technical audiences. • - Continuously optimize and automate reporting workflows to increase scalability and reduce manual effort. • Data Infrastructure and Governance • - Collaborate with the data engineering team to enhance data pipelines, models, and ETL processes (e.g., dbt, Snowflake). • - Validate and reconcile data across systems to ensure consistency, integrity, and reliability. • - Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Data Analytics to support ongoing improvements to data infrastructure, governance, and analytical capabilities. • Collaboration and Communication • - Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear analytic frameworks that drive measurable impact. • - Apply knowledge of healthcare delivery, clinical workflows and payment systems to effectively contextualize and communicate complex findings to diverse audiences and influence data-informed decision-making. • - Contribute to collaborative SDLC workflows (e.g., GitHub), code reviews, and analytics process enhancement.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Public Health, Informatics, or a related quantitative field. • - 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare data analysis with a proven track record of delivering meaningful insights. • - Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, clinical and/or payment workflows, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA). • - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis and automation. • - Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools such as AWS Quicksight, Tableau or PowerBI. • - Demonstrated experience with cloud-based data architectures and warehousing tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake). • - Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance, including familiarity with ETL tools. • - Familiarity with structured SDLC practices, including collaborative development, version control, and code management using tools such as GitHub or similar platforms. • - Experience in healthcare performance improvement and quality frameworks (e.g., HEDIS, MIPS) strongly desired. • - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. • - Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
