📋 Description
• Lead digital transformation projects • Support medium-sized companies and corporate clients in optimizing and implementing digital processes with RIB iTWO / RIB 4.0 • Manage projects end-to-end – from process capture and kickoff to successful go-live • Analyze current-state processes and develop optimized, digital target-state processes • Implement these processes efficiently in RIB iTWO / RIB 4.0 • Design and lead consulting engagements, trainings, and workshops – both remotely and on-site • Communicate methodologies, tips & tricks clearly, practically, and at eye level
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a comparable construction-related qualification • 5+ years of professional experience in the construction industry (e.g., estimating, contract management/AVA, purchasing, site management) or in a comparable role at construction software/ERP company, plus additional experience as a project lead for digital processes • Strong understanding of core processes such as estimating, AVA/tendering, procurement, and construction execution • Confident use of construction software solutions and strong IT affinity • Very good German skills (at least C1) (focus on DACH market) and good English skills
