📋 Description

• You support our customers quickly and reliably by phone, email, or via the ticketing system • You analyze and resolve technical issues related to the RIB 4.0 software • You escalate more complex issues to our second-level support or development team • You monitor customer accounts and intervene before issues become critical • You regularly participate in training to stay up to date • You work closely with the support team and share your knowledge and experience

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in civil engineering or a related field, or equivalent vocational training • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently while also being a team player • Excellent German and good English skills • Previous experience in customer support or customer advisory roles, ideally in the software industry, is a plus • Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., Jira)
