📋 Description

• Leading transformation projects: from optimizing existing processes to introducing new digital solutions in SMEs and corporate groups. • Analysis and process design: capturing and optimizing construction workflows and implementing them in RIB iTWO / RIB 4.0. • Project planning and execution: organizing and delivering consulting and training — online and on-site at client locations.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a comparable construction-related qualification • Several years of professional experience in the construction industry (e.g., estimating, project controlling, site management) or in a comparable role within a construction software/ERP company • Strong understanding of core construction business processes (estimating, AVA — tendering/contract award/billing, procurement, construction execution) • Confident with construction software solutions and strong IT affinity • Strong communicator, confident and solution-oriented, and enjoy client-facing work (>50%) — alternating between client sites, RIB locations and remote • Very good German (at least C1) (focus on the DACH market) and good English skills • Advantageous: experience in a consulting role, e.g., as consultant/trainer, project manager in the construction/IT environment, construction lecturer at educational institutions, controlling consultant, etc. (all genders) • Knowledge of RIB iTWO / RIB 4.0 • Knowledge of change management processes and process optimization
