📋 Description

• Develop and manage paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms • Execute keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimizations to achieve performance goals • Monitor daily campaign pacing, budget allocation, and account health to maximize efficiency and ROI • Analyze and interpret performance data to identify actionable insights and areas for growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and marketing strategy to deliver cohesive campaigns • Stay up to date on search trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience managing campaigns end-to-end • Proven ability to deliver measurable results across acquisition and retention goals • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SA360) • Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams to enhance campaign performance • Excellent communication and client management skills
