📋 Description

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth and timely implementation • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems • Analyze client accounting and finance workflows and translate needs into requirements and practical solutions • Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption • Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination • Track milestones, drive follow-through, and align internal and external stakeholders • Identify risks, escalate issues, and keep customer launches on track • Build trust with customers through responsive, thoughtful, solutions-oriented support • Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles • Strong accounting foundation • Ability to discuss close, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and core finance workflows • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders • Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams • Experience in Big 4, SaaS, or a technology company is a plus • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA • Must answer whether work authorization sponsorship is required
