📋 Description

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment for a smooth and timely implementation experience • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems • Analyse client accounting and finance workflows and translate needs into clear requirements and practical solutions • Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption • Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination • Track milestones, drive follow-through, and align internal and external stakeholders • Identify risks, escalate issues, and keep customer launches on track • Build trust with customers through responsive, thoughtful, solutions-oriented support • Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Meaningful experience in accounting, audit, advisory, finance transformation, or a related customer-facing role • Strong accounting foundation, including financial close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and core finance workflows • Familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders • Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work • Strong organisational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams • Experience at a Big Four firm, SaaS company, or high-growth technology company is a plus • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom for this role
