Successful Rillets love powering the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies. • Who We Need: • We’re looking for a software engineering manager to lead one of the product feature teams at Rillet. You’ll join a growing engineering team and work closely with the CTO, product, and design to build industry-defining accounting and finance software. This role will report directly to the CTO. The role is remote first, with opportunities to travel for team events. • What You'll Do: • Help define Rillet’s long-term technical vision and strategic direction. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and finance experts to shape the product, not just build it. • Own and drive multiple product initiatives from planning through execution. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, reliable software. • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their growth and success. • Recruit, hire, and onboard new software engineers. • Contribute hands-on to Rillet’s codebase and technical development.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager in product-driven tech companies. • 5+ years in engineering. • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. • Recent experience and proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices. • Passion for solving real user problems with practical, high-quality solutions. • A continuous learner who enjoys sharing knowledge and mentoring others.
