📋 Description

• Own and deliver the EMEA SAP Services revenue target, including renewals and new client acquisition across L4, AMS, and Consult offerings • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and expand EMEA market share in SAP Services • Partner with regional teams, Sales Leadership, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure cohesive execution and customer success • Oversee SAP Support renewals performance in EMEA, ensuring high retention rates and proactive engagement with existing clients • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across SAP Support, AMS, and Consulting services in the region • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking aligned to the Operating Plan • Monitor SAP ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs in EMEA to inform strategic decisions and product positioning • Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy • Drive sales execution and alignment across sales, solution engineering, marketing, and delivery teams • Travel regularly across EMEA to support strategic deals, foster regional alignment, and ensure consistent performance against the SAP Services Operating Plan

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on SAP services • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar global revenue targets • Deep understanding of SAP Support, AMS, and Consulting business models • Experience managing global teams and driving cross-regional alignment • Strategic thinking with strong operational rigor and execution discipline • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • MBA preferred
