📋 Description
• Lead financial modeling and analysis for new partnerships, renewals, and pricing negotiations • Partner with Business Development executive leadership team to evaluate the financial impact of pipeline opportunities, structure deals, and assess long-term partner profitability • Translate sales and operational metrics into actionable financial insights and recommendations for senior leadership • Present findings and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team, providing clear financial narratives and scenario analyses • Support board-level materials, strategic planning processes, and performance reviews related to growth initiatives • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track business development performance and conversion efficiency • Drive process improvements to increase forecast accuracy, deal transparency, and data consistency across Finance and Sales Operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance roles; at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity • Proven track record supporting business development, sales operations, or deal analysis functions • Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and executive presentation skills • Experience with financial planning systems (Planful, Salesforce, NetSuite) • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work in a fast-moving environment.
