• Lead the end-to-end execution and communication of complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership. • Coordinate cross-functional work, ensuring alignment on goals, accountability, and deliverables. • Support intake, prioritization, and resource planning across a range of initiatives and business needs. • Anticipate roadblocks and dependencies for meeting project outcomes and leverage subject matter expertise to make recommendations, escalating where appropriate. • Support the evolution of the SSC project management office. • Prepare clear, concise presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (with preference in Business/Workforce/Operations Management, Statistics, Economics/Finance or related fields) • Minimum of 4 years’ project management experience in complex work environments (projects with multiple stakeholder groups). • Licenses & Certifications PMP, ScrumMaster or equivalent • PM Tools (Wrike, Workfront, Asana) • Communication Skills (Oral & Written) • Microsoft Office Suite • Presentation Skills
