• Shape and drive enterprise-wide marketing innovation strategies in alignment with Risepoint’s mission and growth objectives. • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. • Own the P&L for Marketing Solutions Innovation. • Oversee resource planning and allocation. • Provide direction and oversight for established Strategic Growth Channels. • Scope, evaluate, and prioritize new marketing solutions growth opportunities. • Incubate validated initiatives and transition successful pilots into scalable business models. • Define success metrics and operating cadences for new initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred. • 12+ years of professional experience. • 8+ years in strategy, marketing, or operations leadership. • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from idea through execution and scale. • Demonstrated success in business planning, modeling, and innovation management. • Experience managing and coaching senior leaders/directors. • Consulting background strongly preferred; experience as both strategist and operator required.
