📋 Description
• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit readiness. • Ensure full compliance with CMA regulatory requirements for licensed investment service providers. • Prepare financial statements, management accounts, and statutory reports. • Develop internal financial controls, risk controls, and financial policies. • Manage treasury, cashflow planning, and reconciliation of local and USD wallets. • Oversee tax compliance, payroll, and statutory remittances. • Support due diligence, investor reporting, and financial modeling for strategic initiatives. • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and financial partners. • Contribute to corporate governance processes and board reporting. • Oversee finance systems, operational efficiency, and process automation.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and active ICPAK membership. • 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting. • A master's degree or MBA is an added advantage. • Experience working in fintech, investment firms, or regulated financial institutions preferred. • Experience with CMA reporting, regulatory audits, or working in a licensed financial institution is highly preferred.
