• Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned VIP players • Provide personalized support and premium customer service in German and Hungarian • Communicate proactively with VIP players via calls, messengers, emails, and other channels • Develop and implement personalized retention and reactivation strategies • Monitor player activity, behavior, preferences, and engagement levels • Create and offer tailored bonuses, promotions, and exclusive VIP rewards • Analyze player performance and portfolio KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement • Handle VIP player requests, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with internal teams • Maintain accurate player profiles and communication history in CRM systems • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless VIP experience • Ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming (RG), KYC, and AML policies

🎯 Requirements

• Premium customer service in German and Hungarian • Ability to communicate with VIP players via calls, messengers, emails, and other channels • Ability to develop and implement personalized retention and reactivation strategies • Ability to monitor player activity, behavior, preferences, and engagement levels • Ability to create and offer tailored bonuses, promotions, and exclusive VIP rewards • Ability to analyze player performance and portfolio KPIs • Ability to handle VIP player requests and resolve issues promptly • Experience with CRM systems or ability to maintain accurate player profiles and communication history • Knowledge of Responsible Gaming (RG), KYC, and AML policies • German and Hungarian language proficiency
