📋 Description

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance player engagement and retention • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) • Analyze player data to create targeted segments and personalized offers • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and improve conversion rates • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams • Ensure compliance with GDPR and responsible gaming regulations • Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices in iGaming

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of CRM experience (gambling/betting) • High analytical skills • Adaptability, responsibility, flexibility • Readiness for high workload/dynamic work • Knowledge and ability to navigate sports events
