• Manage outbound communications (messengers, calls, emails) Present and assign bonus offers to clients Conduct quality checks of customer service interactions Maintain and update the client database Collect client feedback and prepare reports

• Native or advanced Hungarian (excellent written and spoken skills) Ukrainian language proficiency Proficiency with office software (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems) Result-oriented mindset and proactive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
