📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify key questions and deliver clear, actionable analyses and dashboards that inform decisions and measure impact. • Partner with data engineering to onboard and model new data sources. Write SQL and Python scripts to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis and reporting. • Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate data into insights—surfacing patterns, opportunities, and risks early. • Ensure the data used for reporting is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with business priorities. • Leverage (or develop) a solid understanding of crypto, DeFi, and interoperability to contextualize data and support hypothesis-driven exploration.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles in a tech or related industry. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data modeling, ETL, and business intelligence tools. • Proven ability to structure analyses, interpret data critically, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. • High curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Interest in or experience with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain data is a plus. • Familiarity with modern data stacks (BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Superset/Preset) is an advantage.
